Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Istanbul, our client TatilBudur is an online travel agency and tour operator serving customers through its website, mobile application, call center, and extensive agency network.
The company offers a broad range of travel services, including holiday packages, hotel reservations, flight tickets, domestic and international tours, car rentals, and travel insurance. Serving both individual and corporate customers, TatilBudur operates one of the most visited online travel platforms in Türkiye’s tourism industry.
Managing such a high volume of reservations and multi-channel supplier relationships requires a robust, automated, and scalable financial management infrastructure.
Challenges:
Due to high reservation volumes, frequent booking revisions, numerous hotel contracts, and complex agency commission structures, a significant portion of the company’s financial processes was being handled manually.
Manually transferring reservations into the system, verifying incoming invoices, and tracking payment and collection reconciliations created a substantial workload for the accounting team while also increasing the risk of financial errors.
TatilBudur needed an ERP solution that could standardize these processes, automate them end to end, and provide full traceability across every stage.
